The Chief of the United Nations Mission in Nepal Ian Martin reacted that Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala's opinion to hold Constituent Assembly (CA) polls within November 26 was positive.Stating that even election commission, government and people were of view to hold CA polls in November/ December, Martin opined this time would be appropriate.
