Ncell brings new voice packs at more affordable tariffs

Ncell Private Ltd. committed at providing quality services at affordable rates has introduced four new voice packs, which enable prepaid customers to enjoy more talk times at more affordable rates. Customers can now enjoy up to 700 minutes in a month with new voice pack.

New voice packs have come into effect from Thursday (November 23) for a period of 90 days. Under these packs, customers depending upon their talk time requirement, can subscribe to daily, weekly and monthly voice packs. That if not all; customers can now also subscribe 3-day voice pack.


Under the new offer, customer can now enjoy daily voice pack of 20 minutes talk time at  Rs 15 including taxes. New weekly voice pack offers 120 minutes talk time at Rs 70 including taxes. Likewise, newly introduced 3-day voice pack offers 50 minutes of talk time at Rs 30 including taxes. Similarly, monthly voice pack of 700 minutes talk time can be availed at Rs 300, which means customer taking new monthly voice pack can enjoy per minute call at 43 paisa only.

Daily voice pack minutes is valid for 24 hours, while validity of weekly voice pack minutes is seven days. Similarly, 3-day voice pack has validity of 3 days and monthly voice pack is valid for 30 days. Once the validity period expires or talk time finishes, customer will be charged at prevailing tariff. Prevailing charge for on net call is Rs 2.50 (including taxes) per minute. All voice pack minutes are applicable to make a call to any Ncell number.

There is no change in the existing voice packs. Customers still can buy them as per their need.
Customers can buy these new packs as many times as they want, as per their communication need. They can buy or activate the voice service packs through channels including USSD, IVR, SMS and Ncell Mobile App.

Customers can dial 17118 and buy voice packs by hearing information about the voice pack accordingly. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and follow instruction to subscribe voice pack. Similarly, customers can send SMS to 17118 to buy packs. Customers need to type the price of the pack and send SMS to 17118. For example, customers will have to type 15 for Daily voice pack, 30 for 3 Day voice pack, 70 for weekly voice pack and 300 for Monthly voice and send it to 17118 for activation.

Customers can dial *901# to get information about the remaining voice pack minutes. To know the expiry date of the remaining minutes, customer need to type S and send SMS to 17118.
